When will digitized coaching be available?
January 2027. The video sessions are being produced now. If you need support sooner, schedule live one-on-one coaching or email Douglas.
How long can I access the content?
Your purchased videos and Skills Labs have ongoing access, subject to keeping installment payments current. There is no recurring membership renewal. Optional coaching appointments have a separate redemption window: 30 days for one session, 90 days for three, 120 days for one category and 180 days for all 18, measured from purchase.
How do installment payments work?
Your first payment is due at enrollment. The remaining payments are charged monthly until the agreed total has been paid. Choose three: 2 × $109, total $218. One category: 3 × $109, total $327. All 18: 3 × $249, total $747. Installments are a purchase commitment, not a cancel-anytime subscription. Access requires payments to remain current.
How does the optional 15-minute conversation work?
View the session and finish its Skills Lab first. Then, if you choose, schedule a separate 15-minute conversation to talk through that topic with Douglas. These appointments cannot be combined unless otherwise arranged by email with Douglas.
What if I need more support now?
You do not need to wait for January. Use the calendar to schedule live coaching, or email Douglas with your inquiry.
